These terms cover your use of the NomadDeck website and, when available, a NomadDeck reservation. The project operates as The Nomad Deck. Questions and notices can be sent to support@thenomaddeck.com.

You must be legally able to enter the transaction and provide accurate information. Read the price, configuration, shipping information and refund terms before paying. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

Paid reservations are not open. You can explore configurations, but no reservation is created and no payment is collected through this website yet.

NomadDeck is a pocket computer in development. Images, the assembly animation, the boot sequence and operating-system screen are design previews. They are not proof of final case fit, measured boot speed, battery life, software compatibility, or gaming performance.

The published configuration describes the planned Raspberry Pi and Waveshare build. A different processor or custom motherboard is not included unless expressly stated in your order. RAM capacity, storage, operating system, controls and external accessories affect what software and games can run. Third-party software, games and licenses are included only when specifically stated.

If a material specification changes after a paid reservation, we will explain it before you finalize the order and give you the choice to accept the change or cancel with a refund of the reservation amount. We will not silently substitute a materially different product.

When checkout opens, the reservation payment is a one-time $20 USD deposit for one NomadDeck. A reservation is confirmed only after the payment provider confirms successful payment.

The $20 is credited once toward the final purchase price. It is part of that price, not an additional fee. For example, a $469 hardware configuration leaves a $449 hardware balance after the confirmed $20 credit, before shipping, taxes and duties.

The deposit is not the full purchase price, a subscription, an investment, or a promise of an immediate shipment. The remaining balance is requested separately when the order is ready to finalize. We will not automatically charge that balance solely because you made a reservation.

All displayed prices are in US dollars. The configurator shows the hardware total for the selected RAM, microSD, NVMe, color and operating system. Shipping, taxes and any import duties are additional unless expressly included.

Your reservation record preserves the selected configuration and quoted hardware price. Before final payment, you will receive the order details, delivery availability, applicable charges and an estimated shipping date. You must agree to any revised configuration or price before it replaces your reserved quote.

If an obvious pricing or availability error prevents us from honoring a paid reservation, we will contact you and offer a corrected proposal or cancellation with a refund. You are not required to accept an increased price.

December 13, 2026 is the target launch date. It is not a guaranteed delivery date. Production approval, component availability and final device testing must be completed before shipping. The planned first edition is 1,000 units; that is a production goal.

We intend to serve customers worldwide. Shipping to a particular address depends on carrier availability and applicable import, export and product requirements. We confirm the destination and shipping charges before final payment. A reservation does not override restrictions or guarantee that every destination can be served. If we cannot fulfill your destination, we will refund your reservation.

If an agreed shipment date cannot be met, we will notify you, provide a revised estimate if available, and offer cancellation and a refund for the unshipped order. We will obtain any consent required to continue with a delay. Your statutory rights remain available.

Paid reservations remain closed while the reservation cancellation and refund policy is finalized. That policy will appear here and next to the payment button before any reservation payment is accepted.

For a cancellation, refund, payment error or order issue, email support@thenomaddeck.com with your reservation reference and the email used at checkout. Do not send card numbers or your private confirmation-link token.

Where a refund is due, it will be handled through the original payment method where supported. Processing time can depend on the payment provider and bank. A refunded deposit cannot also be applied as a purchase credit.

If we cancel the project or cannot fulfill your reservation, we will refund the amount you paid for it. Any future return or commercial warranty policy for delivered hardware will be made available before the final purchase. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory cancellation, refund, conformity or warranty rights under applicable consumer law.

Checkout, when available, is handled by Whop. You may need a Whop account and must follow the terms presented by Whop for its service. Its privacy practices are described in Whop’s Privacy Policy.

The Nomad Deck remains your contact for the hardware, configuration, delivery and product-support commitments we make. A checkout return page alone does not prove that a payment completed. Use your reservation status and payment receipt, and contact us if they disagree.

You may browse, compare configurations, and use the website for legitimate inquiries and purchases. Do not attempt to access another customer’s records, interfere with the service, bypass access controls, introduce malicious software, or submit fraudulent payments or information.

Keep your private reservation link secure. We may restrict abusive access or pause checkout when necessary to protect customers or the service. Such action does not remove rights relating to payments already made.

NomadDeck branding and original site content belong to their respective owners. Raspberry Pi, Waveshare, other trademarks, open-source components, and third-party content remain subject to their owners’ rights and applicable licenses. This is an independent project; references to third-party products do not imply their endorsement.

We take reasonable care with the website, but cannot promise uninterrupted access or that every software or game will run on every configuration. This does not exclude responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer rights or liability for fraud.

Contact support first if there is a problem so we can try to resolve it. Nothing here requires you to give up a right to contact a regulator, use an available dispute process, or bring a claim in a court available to you under mandatory law.

We may update these terms for future use and purchases. The version accepted for a paid reservation is recorded with that reservation. Later edits do not retroactively remove its promised credit or cancellation rights. Material changes to an existing reservation require the notice and consent required by applicable law.
